SPECIAL REQUESTS
Why do certain items have to be requested instead of purchased?
We have changed our checkout system to list only the items that we have currently in stock to be purchased instantly to ensure faster shipping. The items marked as 'special request' can be made to order, but will take longer to be shipped.
To request an item, just fill out the form below and list item and quantity of each piece you would like to order, as well as any dates you would like us to meet, if one applies. Some items could take up to four weeks to complete depending on our waiting list, supplies, etc. but we will do our best to get your requests filled as soon as possible.
Once we review your request, we will get back to you with an estimated date of completion and send you an invoice for your order, if you decide to order from us.
