Terms
Pricing:
Since Horror Decor items are reasonably priced to the public and are not overinflated for our profit, some wholesale profit margins from our internet prices may be small. However, you can set your own selling price for all items, as long as it is equal to or greater than the Horror Decor online price.
Payment Terms:
All orders are to be pre-paid through credit card or debit card. Money orders and cashiers checks are also accepted by postal mail. Company checks will be held for 10 days, or until they clear. A $30 fee will be charged for any check that is returned unpaid by your bank. Credit terms may be set up for long-time customers on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping:
Shipping prices are based on size and weight of your package(s). We are happy to provide you with a free quote for all items you are interested in, plus shipping. When requesting a quote, please include your full address and whether it is residential or commercial. Credits or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within 7 days of receipt. UPS (United Parcel Service) reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please note any damages on your invoice when receiving the packages. Please anticipate an increase in order-to-shipping time during the months of October, November and December.
Exclusivity Policy:
Horror Decor cannot guarantee any wholesale customers exclusivity to our products.
General Terms and Conditions:
YOU MUST FAX OR MAIL US A COPY OF YOUR STATE RESALE CERTIFICATE PRIOR TO YOUR WHOLESALE ORDER BEING SHIPPED.
Taxes: Any company not providing a certificate of tax exempt status will be charged all state and/or local taxes
Quality Claims: Quality claims must be received by Horror Decor within 7 days of receipt.
Returns: Pre-approval is required before a return is shipped back to us
Minimum Order: Minimum opening order is $200.00, there is a $75 minimum for subsequent orders

If you order is less than $500, shipping costs will be invoiced separately.
